Welcome to my first post here. I started this blog as Bookfullness and have now switched to the new avatar TheMindful. Initially, as the name Bookfullness (a term I coined up) represents, my intent was to express my thoughts from multiple books and articles about Mindfulness. I still resort to this purpose and also add a few other posts around the spiritual journey of human souls.
Inspiration and Motivation
In fact, there are multiple authors, spiritual leaders and bloggers who inspire me and in due course, we will talk about almost all of them. These thoughts have led me through my inner quest in the search of sense fulfilment in life. And all I want to do here is share those insights which are universal in nature and might be as useful to you as well. I am not a preacher or any sort of instructor for anybody. I am just a fellow being who wants to share in a structured way the learnings from all of these great men which have been helpful in multiple situations of life. I believe that these teachings also have great potential to be the lighthouse for many of my friends across the world.
Love for Writing
Writing has always been close to my heart. Till now, most of my writings either were present as physical notes in my journal or lie as digital notes in Evernote. I somehow was never courageous enough to start sharing them with anyone. But now realizing that it\โs not yet too late I am starting this journey with you. We will both enjoy this journey where we share these wonderful thoughts about positivity, creativity and Mindfulness.
What to Expect from Beginning of themindful
- Fresh Content: I have promised myself to be consistent in sharing my fresh insights twice a week.
- Book reviews and Book summaries: There are multiple books which are due for a book summary post on my bookshelf. Crisp, short and usable insights from these books are something you can count on.

That is all for now from me. Signing off. See you in our next post with more actionable insights.
