Who am I

Hi, I’m Saurabh. Welcome to The Mindful Investor, and thank you for being here.

Who am !? Well its a pretty wholesome question from spiritual perspective. But I will try to say it from what I do. By profession, I work in the world of technology and business consulting. But beyond the spreadsheets and sales calls, I’ve always been a seeker, someone deeply interested in understanding life, money, and the mind. This blog is a reflection of that journey.

In recent years, I’ve become passionate about making personal finance simple, relatable, and actionable. If you’ve ever wondered how to budget better, invest smarter, or simply get a grip on your financial life without losing your peace of mind, you’re in the right place.

Why “The Mindful Investor”?

I believe that money decisions are not just about numbers. They are about emotions, habits, and mindset. A mindful approach to money goes beyond chasing returns. It focuses on aligning your financial choices with your values, goals, and a sense of contentment. Whether it’s through SIPs, budgeting techniques, or retirement planning, I aim to explore financial well-being in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful, and purposeful.

You’ll also find reflections on mindfulness, minimalism, and inner growth on this blog. I believe wealth isn’t just about net worth. It’s also about peace of mind.

A Bit of My Story

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve explored meditation, lived for a while in a monastic setup, and read deeply into spiritual traditions like Buddhism. Those experiences continue to shape how I look at money, success, and the choices we make every day. I try to live a life of intention, and this blog is my way of sharing what I’m learning along the way.
